I have been a full time realtor and have been selling real estate throughout the High Desert successfully for over seven years.
I have worked hard to stay ahead of the changing real estate market and my competition. I have many of the top industry certifications, including the prestigious 5 Star Designation for working with distressed or bank owned properties.
50% of my business comes from working with buyers. I am very patient and I believe in “no pressure” when it comes to searching for that perfect property. I know that I cannot force someone to buy something, because when a buyer finds the right property, everything else falls into place and it sells every time. I am skilled at negotiation to get the best deal, and I know how to get my buyer’s offer accepted in this highly competitive market. I work with highly professional and reputable lenders to get the best rate and lowest closing costs for my buyers. Most importantly the buyer gets the loan and the deal closes.
The other 50% of my business comes from working with sellers. Through years of experience, hard work, and continuing education on selling all types of properties, I have developed very effective marketing plans and selling strategies which enable me to sell properties within weeks, when the exact same property was listed with other agents for months or even years.
I don’t just sit on my listing and hope some other agent will sell it. I advertise my properties broadly in several magazines, newspapers, the local Multiple Listing Service, as well as the MRMLS that serves 10 different counties and 14 different Boards of Realtors in the state of California. I also publish homes on all the popular internet web sites such as Realtor.com, MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Google, Trulia, Zillow and all other popular websites. There is a virtual tour of each residential property posted to all these internet and MLS sites. Not many agents can afford the costs of marketing properties as many places and as broadly as I do.
I have specific website and marketing system that specializes in land and commercial properties. These are a few of the sites I use: LoopNet, CoStar, and AIR.
Regardless of the market condition, I have always sold many properties using the simple secret of working hard. By doing whatever it takes to make a sale. I have been top listing agent in High Desert for years.
